GZS5 box-type fixed metal-enclosed switchgear (referred to as high-voltage ring network cabinet), suitable for industrial and mining, enterprises, residential quarters, high-rise buildings, schools and parks and other power distribution systems, as an indoor AC three-phase 12kV, 50Hz ring network power supply Unit and terminal power distribution equipment. It can open or close the rated load current and the no-load current of the transformer, and can open and close the capacitive current of a certain distance of overhead lines, cable lines or capacitor banks. The load switch-fuse combined electrical cabinet can break the rated short-circuit current at one time. In the power system, it is used for the protection of power distribution equipment, the distribution and control of electric energy.
The enclosure of the switchgear is composed of a closed structure consisting of a basic frame, top plate, face plate, side plate, etc. The basic frame is formed by bending and combining imported aluminum-zinc-coated plates. The whole cabinet has a simple, firm, sophisticated and distinctive structure.
The top of the switchgear is the busbar room, and the front of the busbar room is the instrument room. The main busbar room is separated from other rooms by steel plates. The middle of the cabinet is the main switch room.
The main components of the switchgear are load switches (load switch-fuse combination appliances), grounding switches, current transformers, voltage transformers, arresters, capacitors, high-voltage live displays, etc.
Voltmeters, ammeters, transfer switches, displays and operating elements can be installed in the instrument room. The terminal block at the bottom of the instrument room can be installed with the terminal block of the secondary circuit, the lighting in the cabinet, the breakdown fuse, etc. The meter room of the metering cabinet can be equipped with watt-hour meters, reactive watt-hour meters, quantifiers, etc.
