Dry-type transformers are mainly composed of high-voltage coils, low-voltage coils, iron cores, clamps and other accessories. They are mainly used in power systems of 35kV and below to boost and reduce voltage.
Our dry-type transformer product series include SC(B)10, SC(B)11, SC(B)12 and SC(B)13. This series of transformers are made of high-quality materials, green and environmentally friendly, and are produced using advanced production and testing equipment and strict technology. - The iron core is made of high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheet, with a 7-level stepping structure of full oblique joints, and the core column adopts H-grade non-weft adhesive tape or through-core screw structure. The surface of the iron core is sealed with insulating resin to prevent moisture and rust, and reduce The no-load loss, no-load current and iron core noise are calculated.
- The high-voltage winding is wound by a high-precision automatic winding machine. When the capacity is large, there is a heat dissipation duct. The inner and outer insulation of the winding is filled with glass fiber grid board, which enhances the mechanical strength of the coil.
- The low-voltage winding adopts the foil structure, which solves the problem of the axial helix angle when using wire winding and makes the ampere-turn more balanced.
- The coil is encapsulated with epoxy resin, which is non-flammable, fireproof, explosion-proof, maintenance-free, pollution-free, small in size, and can be directly installed in the load center.
- Adopt advanced electromagnetic design software and casting technology, low partial discharge, low noise, strong mechanical ability, strong short circuit resistance, good thermal performance, and the capacity can be increased by 50% under forced air cooling.
- Equipped with an intelligent temperature controller, which has the functions of fault alarm, over temperature alarm, over temperature trip and black gate, and is connected to the computer through the RS485 serial interface, which can centrally monitor and control the start and stop of the fan.
